These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of Hone (“Hone,” “we,” “us,” or “our”), a class planning platform for professional Pilates and Lagree instructors. By creating an account or using the Service, you agree to these Terms.
You must be at least 18 years old and have the legal capacity to enter into a binding agreement. By using Hone, you represent and warrant that you meet these requirements. Hone is intended for professional fitness instructors and studio owners — not for end consumers or their clients.
You must create an account to use Hone. You agree to provide accurate and complete information and to keep it up to date. You are responsible for all activity that occurs under your account and must keep your credentials confidential. Notify us immediately at hi@trainwithhone.com if you suspect unauthorized use.
Hone offers paid subscription plans. By subscribing, you authorize us to charge your payment method on a recurring basis at the then-current rate for your selected plan. Prices are listed at hone.app/pricing and may change with 30 days’ notice.

You retain ownership of all content you create in Hone, including class plans, client profiles, session notes, and custom exercises (“Your Content”). By using the Service, you grant us a limited, non-exclusive license to host, store, and process Your Content solely to provide and improve the Service.
You are solely responsible for the accuracy of Your Content and for ensuring that it does not violate any third-party rights or applicable law.
You may input personal data about your clients (such as names, contact details, and health information) into Hone. You represent that you have obtained all necessary consents to do so and that your collection and use of such data complies with applicable privacy laws. Our handling of data is described in our Privacy Policy.
Hone and its underlying technology, design, exercise library content, and branding (excluding Your Content) are owned by us or our licensors and are protected by intellectual property laws. Nothing in these Terms grants you any rights in the Service other than those expressly set out here.
Hone integrates with third-party services such as Stripe (payments) and Clerk (authentication). Your use of those services is governed by their respective terms and privacy policies. We are not responsible for the practices of any third-party provider.
THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED “AS IS” AND “AS AVAILABLE” WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED. WE DO NOT WARRANT THAT THE SERVICE WILL BE UNINTERRUPTED, ERROR-FREE, OR FREE OF HARMFUL COMPONENTS. YOUR USE OF THE SERVICE IS AT YOUR SOLE RISK.
TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY APPLICABLE LAW, IN NO EVENT SHALL HONE, ITS AFFILIATES, DIRECTORS, EMPLOYEES, OR LICENSORS BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES ARISING OUT OF OR RELATED TO YOUR USE OF THE SERVICE, EVEN IF ADVISED OF THE POSSIBILITY OF SUCH DAMAGES. OUR TOTAL CUMULATIVE LIABILITY TO YOU FOR ANY CLAIM SHALL NOT EXCEED THE AMOUNT YOU PAID, IF ANY, TO US IN THE TWELVE MONTHS PRECEDING THE CLAIM.
You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless Hone and its affiliates from any claims, liabilities, damages, and expenses (including reasonable attorneys’ fees) arising out of your use of the Service, Your Content, or your violation of these Terms.
We may update these Terms from time to time. If we make material changes, we will notify you by email or by posting a notice in the Service at least 14 days before the changes take effect. Continued use of the Service after the effective date constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
We may suspend or terminate your access to the Service at any time for breach of these Terms, non-payment, or any other reason with notice where reasonably practicable. Upon termination, your right to use the Service ceases, but provisions that by their nature should survive (including Sections 5, 9, 10, and 11) will remain in effect.
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Delaware, United States, without regard to its conflict-of-law provisions. Any dispute arising under these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts located in Delaware.
